How to Switch from Notion to ClickUp
A step-by-step guide to migrating your data, settings, and workflows from Notion to ClickUp without losing anything. Estimated total time: 1.5–3 hours.
Before You Start

Migration Steps
Export your data from Notion
15-30 minLog into Notion, navigate to Settings → Export, and download your data in CSV or JSON format. Make sure to include all projects, contacts, and configuration settings.
Prepare your data for import
20-45 minReview the exported data and map fields to ClickUp's format. Most tools use similar field names, but check for any custom fields that need manual mapping.
Import data into ClickUp
