Migration Steps

Export your data from Drip

Log into Drip, navigate to Settings → Export, and download your data in CSV or JSON format. Make sure to include all projects, contacts, and configuration settings.

Create your GetResponse account

Sign up for GetResponse using the link below. We recommend starting with the Email Marketing plan to ensure you have all import features available.

Prepare your data for import

20-45 min

Review the exported data and map fields to GetResponse's format. Most tools use similar field names, but check for any custom fields that need manual mapping.

Import data into GetResponse

15-30 min

Use GetResponse's import wizard (usually found in Settings → Import) to upload your prepared data. Run a test import with a small batch first to verify field mapping.

Verify and configure

30-60 min

Review imported data for accuracy. Set up integrations, automations, and team permissions. Configure notification preferences and connect any third-party tools.

Cancel Drip subscription

Once you've verified everything works in GetResponse, cancel your Drip subscription. Keep your account active for 30 days as a safety net before fully deleting.
